Tour de Arts is a free community bicycle ride for individuals and families to discover neighborhoods and art located within Hillsboro. WashCo BTC has applied for a HACC grant and collaborated with local arts organizations to educate participants about the arts and recruit artists to perform at select parks and other public venues.
